How do I get my apple music off my computer and onto my Ipod nano?

I cannot get the apple music that I pay for monthly from my computer (mac book air) to my most recent ipod nano.

Apple Music can only be accessed from a computer or iOS device capable of checking that you still have a valid subscription to the service.

Precisely. Apple Music items cannot be placed on an iPod nano (or a classic, or a shuffle).
